Arriero Bonarda 2006 RED Argentina

Arriero Bonarda 2006 RED Argentina
The Mendoza province is the grape-growing area in Argentina and Arriero is the area's second largest winery. It has invested heavily to produce good value high quality New World wines - like this seriously rich dark Bonarda. The high altitude vineyards enjoy cold winters and hot summers. Rainfall is low but abundant snowmelt from the mountains allows irrigation when required. All this contributes to perfect growing conditions and the grapes achieve optimum ripeness. Full of rich black cherry and chocolate with a hint of spice on the finish. A great match for meaty pasta dishes.
