The gifted Bruno Paillard makes "extraordinarily exceptional" Champagne (Stevenson) delicately rich with real elegance. The now rare 1996 vintage was "one of the great Champagne vintages of the last 100 years" (Sunday Express). To illustrate the 1996 vintage Bruno commissioned Milan-born artist Paola Marchesi with the theme "Structure & Velvet". Beautiful golden colour with a fine mousse of small delicate bubbles. Aromas of gingerbread and brioche leading to dried fruit flavours with a complex citrus finish.
