On the palate is an initial light sweetness before fresh basil notes come through with leafy, herbaceous pungency, and a peppery-citrus balance, which is extended by the creamy aniseed of sputnik vodka. On the finish is a lingering, herbaceous and pungent basil leaf, laced with creamy aniseed.
