Jean-Marc Daucourt created his unique XO vodka by marrying these cutting edge French spirits and wine making techniques: Distilled nine times in small batches using traditional French copper Alambic stills for incomparable smoothness. Four special French wheat grains (Ysengrain, Orvantis, Azteque, and Chargeur) for a harmonious and complex taste. Each grain is separated from its chaff for purity of flavour. Made from pure Gensac spring water, filtered naturally over centuries through Grande Champagne limestone. Micro-Oxygenated after distillation, like fine Bordeaux wines. Charcoal filtered through French Limousin oak to finish. Individually numbered bottles, reflecting hand craftsmanship.
