From the west coast of Demerara, Plantation Guyana 1990 is distilled in a small traditional copper still, using techniques that date back several centuries. Its bouquet is redolent with flambeed bananas, dried figs, and raisins. It is beautifully balanced on the palate with a long aftertaste.
