The used cocoa is a mixture of the types Forastero (west Africa) and Trinitario (Carribean). Mozart Gold contains fresh cream, conched dark chocolate from Belgium, genuine Bourbon-vanilla from Madagaskar, crystalll sugar, and pure sugar cane distillate.
